Grace Classical Academy is blessed to have talented, competent and caring teachers and staff.

CADIA PARKS, HEAD OF SCHOOL
Cadia Parks is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in education for 10 years. She is married to her husband Dean and has 3 children who all attend GCA. Born in Minnesota, Cadia’s family moved to Naples when she was 7. After being homeschooled in both middle school and high school, she attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she received her bachelor’s degree. She then entered the Mental Health Counseling program and earned her master’s at Florida Gulf Coast University. Once graduated, she worked at David Lawrence Center for 2 years then transitioned to Collier County Public Schools where she worked for 6 years in multiple schools assisting students with emotional and behavioral issues. She left CCPS to stay home with her children. Since joining GCA in 2019, Cadia has served as the Development Director, the Dean of Students, and now as the Head of School since 2022. For Cadia, working at GCA is such a blessing because she can help teach each student about the Lord by meeting them where they are both educationally and emotionally, and by helping to cultivate truth, goodness, and beauty in the lives of all of GCA’s students.
